The production gap
Prototypes usually demonstrate a happy path with a friendly dataset and an expert operator. Real users introduce ambiguous requests, missing context, tool failures, adversarial inputs, permission boundaries, changing models, and variable cost. We identify those gaps before they become customer incidents.
Representative evaluations
Task suites, deterministic checks, trajectory grading, and regression coverage from real failures.
Safe operating boundaries
Identity, least privilege, tenant isolation, human gates, budgets, and stopping conditions.
Observable releases
Traces, metrics, alerts, deployment health, rollbacks, and ongoing production review.
A productionization sequence
The result
You receive a production architecture, tested implementation, release criteria, observability, operating documentation, and a prioritized improvement loop. If the POC should not be productionized in its current form, we make that visible early and propose the smallest viable redesign.
Bring the POC and the hardest failure.
We will map the production gap and the fastest responsible path across it.
